@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK @MoneyTelegraph I’d appreciate it if somebody took responsibility for my complaint and took it upon themselves to find a resolution, instead of just passing me around departments. I’ve tried Messenger and it was pointless. Truly terrible service.
