@Verizon I have the velvet phone and it is by far the worst phone I have ever had! Salesman pushed it, claimed it was a great new phone. #worst

@VZWSupport To add to that frustration, when I make a call the screen is black. So i have to push the on button twice to see the key pad.

@VZWSupport I try sending emails and the words I had typed constantly erase as I try to type to type another. I use this phone for emails, messages and if I'm not at my computer...typing short documents to send. Another frustrating aspect of this phone is when I get a call, with most calls..
