Will not forget when you summoned me to your office & assigned me to immediately travel to Adjumani to address a serious situation that led to the death of the vice chairman of boda boda, a secondary school student & a policeman leading to burning of part of the police station & threats to lives of people. The week I spent there under your guidance helped me to restore order, address many meetings & set up community policing strategies that resulted in peace within the area. Your call of appreciation will always remain with me as long as I live. 🙏🏾

We, through legal means, wanted him to retire and die honorably, but he insisted that he was healthy. Unfortunately, the man who hid away from our papers, death found him.
