At the start of the season, we promised to take it easy on the lads, given this summer's events. Now I see posts like this that do nothing but perpetuate false narratives because people feel entitled to results. The boys still secured Champions League football, but that wasn't enough, clearly. We, as a fanbase, have failed to honour our promise.

@AdamPage3 @Hero93438531 A lot of the time recovery is day after a game. Day off for second day. Again, just depends how trams structure it. Idk how it works with the bank holiday and such. My expectation is tomorrow training. If not then i would be very surprised and wouldnt make sense to me.

I dont disagree. We have been poor for various reasons but we are just assuming they are on vacation or whatever with a single photo. From an injured player that loves the gym. I know its frustrating and i want us to win as well and its not a good look when training intensity has been the subject of the talk at points this season but we really dont know if they were there today or not but it makes sense if they have the day off two days after a game. If they train twice this week then yes it is a problem

@AdamPage3 @Hero93438531 Typical week. One game a week. Play Sunday, recovery day on Monday day, day off 2 days (Tuesday) after then Wed back on training. Or you switch the first two days around. Just depends on how you structure it.
