@TheMatlockFan @alexbyrne93 It's easier to jump when running - in fact, people ofter jump over 10 really high hurdles in under 13 seconds.

If I was running and moving with forward momentum to win a free ball and the keeper has recovered well to smother it at feet after spilling it in the first place, that's a different kettle of fish and has to be taken in to consideration.
