The SEC is claiming if a company owns a token while actively improving or upgrading the platform or the way the token is utilized and you sell that token, it is a security. Software is constantly being upgraded. #BTC miners perform upgrades. What about #ETH 2.0? It’s crazy!

Just finished my interview of @jeremykauffman of @LBRYcom. I promise you that you will become even more outraged by the SEC. If the SEC’s theory in the LBRY case is successful, not only is #ETH a security, but #BTC miners could be considered securities.

@AdamRejmer I'm more interested in whether design changes to NuDB (to increase the I/O queue depth) are likely to improve node read performance. There are trade-offs to increasing the queue depth, so I need to know if it's likely to improve IOPS.

Anyone know any good articles discussing the effect of queue depth on the I/O performance of modern SSDs? Ideally something less than three years old. I'm mostly interested in read performance with small blocks (4KB to 16KB).
