@TalkTalk My WiFi suddenly stopped yesterday. I was told by your chat agent that the router was faulty and you would send a new one. Then I received an email saying it would cost me thirty quid. This is disgraceful. Please explain yourselves.

@on_lothianbuses Ha! Large vehicles speeding suddenly with people trying to walk on them are a consistently dangerous and terrifying feature of your fleet. Don't patronise me, tell your staff to CHECK THEIR SPEED and stop compensating for delays by flooring it on clear roads.

@AdamTomkins1 Hi Adam, we expect our drivers to obey speed limits and I'm sorry if that hasn't been the case in this instance. I would add that large vehicles can sometimes appear to be moving faster than they actually are.
