I used to run A LOT. So much that it felt like flying. But I got a nasty back injury about 4 years ago, and had to stop (I couldn’t walk without pain for 6 months). I dream about running often. Anyway, I ran 4 miles yesterday, and 5k today pain free. I might have a little cry. 💪

@hunstantonsmith @alliewillie38 If @247cherryontop is to be believed, the most fun a grown up can have is a trip to IKEA, The Range, Costco, TK Maxx and Home Bargains all in a single day (and the truth js, jts growing on me)
