@AustinGreenWX You are correct. I’m in communication with someone on that plane. They are still sitting on the plane on the runway. Safety crews are saying the side of the plane is still too hot to evacuate.

Update: Just speculation, but seeing some reports that a Delta Plane (DAL1067) may have blown an engine on takeoff which could explain what sparked the grass fire. It looks like on FlightAware that the plane was able to loop back and land safely. #breaking #plane #Savannah
