@GI_Pearls I don't mention absolute BMI change. Easier to speak of mean TBWL of ~15% (just above MERIT) to get sense of lbs they may lose. Can always back calculate BMI if you wanted. But also big reminder that 15% is avg... NOT a guarantee. Over 1 in 5 pt may be nonresponder <10% TBWL.

Agreed! Was surprised to see the perfs until reading that both occurred when using the "against the scope" method of avulsing tissue when the snare couldn't snip through. Stalled resection can happen when too much tissue is grabbed. Takeaway point is: don't get too greedy.

Sticking a less dilated duct with a 19G needle and getting a wire up using therapeutic linear scope is easier said than done...
