@AchintyaSinghMD Only if there's increased motility, not for all cases. Usually water is less stimulating than gas in the duodenum.

@drKumarGI You give glucagon before starting to fill the duodenum with water? We have it to be become difficult due to hypermotility in some cases.

@DrBloodandGuts While in good experienced hands it's a great setting, spray coag has the capacity to cut the muscle. You have to be extremely careful to avoid touching the already cut submucosa. Soft coag is a much safer setting to use for everyone and can generate a smoother effect, IMO.

This is my favorite way to ablate EMR edges. It’s not APC and not soft coagulation. It’s a little know setting called spray coagulation! It cost nothing! This is a snare and the tip can even be just inside the catheter to maximize safety via non contact hemostasis. #GITwitter
