Bright lights don’t feel so bright from the bench. Build your list on knowledge. On research. On real conversations. On honest self-evaluation. Not hype. Not hashtags. Not who gets broadcasted the most. Your decision is bigger than a broadcast schedule. Find the place that fits YOU — not just the one that trends the most.
