Unacceptable action by @NHGhousing at Oak Square, SW9, London as they may replace the current company Equans (a group we trust) who are currently doing the cladding replacement project, with the original building company @HigginsPartner who were the main cause of a long list of

Thread: I work in an arcane field where the job requires specific technical knowledge, built on a ladder of understanding and breakthroughs going back over 100 years. It's not immunology but it's not nothing.

It’s a tragedy that these strikes are causing problems for patients across the NHS, but the next generation of senior doctors need to be valued and treated with respect for the incredibly difficult jobs they do. Protect the future. I support you. #JuniorDoctorsStrike

What a difference an operating theatre on the 23rd floor with windows makes! This was quite something!

@TwentyGuys @Ianberr94603191 @BBCNews That I think is what they have assumed/communicated poorly. Afro hair is Afro hair, typical of African/Caribbean heritage black people. An ‘Afro’ classic 1970s (and 2020s) now hairstyle. Cultural sensitivities/talking to someone about it would probably have avoided this mess.

@ony_bon @BBCNews Some of the replies on this thread are mind blowing. People just don’t get that it’s racist.

@Ianberr94603191 @BBCNews Afro hair isn’t a style. It’s a type of hair a great deal of people (including myself) are born with but then you probably knew that.
