@NHGhousing Intermittent hot water since August 2024, a plumber came to fix it. Didn’t fix it and left me with no cold water in sink, bath and toilet. Made things worse. They then send cowboy after cowboy. This HA is disgusting!

@Kwajotweneboa Hi Kwajo, we’re sorry our tenant has experienced this. She has moved out while we work with the managing agent to fix it and will be compensated for any reasonable costs. We are working with our tenant to ensure her temporary move meets her needs as work may take a few days.

🚨 Notting Hill Genesis: This tenant and her family have had their toilet and bath overflow with raw sewage repeatedly over the last few days (including this afternoon). They’ve been left with no idea when or if any repairs will take place to stop the constant flooding, with one NHG housing officer hanging the phone up on them when they called📞

Here at the Woolwich reach we are blessed by the rubbish king and no one at the NHG shake their body to do something about it! Apparently it's not a matter of urgency and their advice is to everyone keep the rubbish....
