O ye Britain! Let’s get back to Church This Easter is a good opportunity for us to reflect on what it actually means to call Britain a Christian nation. Less outrage over capitalist eggs or online debates, but real participation, showing up to church, praying, and living out the faith. Christianity was never meant to be passive or hidden, it should also be visible in how we practise it.

This Easter is a good time to demonstrate that you are a Christian nation. Mount Stations of the Cross across key areas of the town, invite the faithfuls to walk the way of the cross and pray across town Faith shouldn’t be a twitter chant word, it should be practised.

"Buffer zones don't ban prayer," Stella Creasy claims. Meanwhile, our client Isabel Vaughan-Spruce will face trial in Birmingham for doing nothing except silently praying in her head in a buffer zone. The national buffer zone legislation used to prosecute her—Section 9 of the Public Order Act 2023—was introduced by Creasy and CPS guidance lists silent prayer as a potential offence. Creasy also voted against a specific amendment to POA 2023 which would have made it clear that silent prayer is not a crime. Isabel previously has been arrested twice for silently praying in a buffer zone imposed by a local PSPO (video of first arrest below). Our client Adam Smith-Connor was criminally convicted for silently praying in a local PSPO buffer zone in Bournemouth. The legislation used to prosecute him named prayer as a banned activity. Both Adam and Isabel were told directly by authorities that prayer was a crime and were interrogated on the nature of their prayers. Neither of these people engaged in behaviour that was harassing, obstructing or intimidating and they were not protesting either. They are peaceful Christians who merely silently prayed in a public space, as is their lawful right in a free country. The undeniable reality is that buffer zones are being used to ban silent prayer in what is the most egregious example of censorship in Britain today. They are used to censor not only speech, but also people’s most intimate thoughts, as the examples of Adam and Isabel show. This is real life thoughtcrime. If anyone supports this and pretends to care about freedom of religion, you simply should not believe them. x.com/DailyCaller/st…

Buffer zones don't ban prayer. They balance the right of those who want to oppose abortion with those who want to access one without being harassed to use the same space at the same time. Banning public prayer from Trafalgar square because you demonise those doing it isn't balance as theres no contest for the use of the space. So this is only an issue if you don't see women or muslims as having rights...

Can we Christians carry a cross into a mosque and pray? That will literally spiral into violence on an unimaginable global scale. Churches need to stop this madness.

Islamification of Britain?I’m not so sure. Churches are empty and being sold because people won’t go, yet you’re bickering about others practising their religion. The world doesn’t exist in a vacuum — if you abandon your spaces, others will occupy theirs Be the change, start the crusade, start filling the church pews.

• Somebody will come online and randomly ask you to drop your date of birth, and you will rush to share it. • Two days later, another person will tweet that you should comment your state of origin, and you will rush to do so. • Four days later, they will ask on the TL which university you attended, and you will quickly respond. • A week later, they will ask where your gym is, and you will share it. • Two weeks later, they will ask for your place of work, and you will comment. • Three weeks later, they will ask you to name the closest supermarket to your residential area, and you will respond. Some of you are not security-conscious at all. You freely give out sensitive information to strangers because you do not understand social engineering. If you like, don’t use your head.

NO JUDGE HAS THE POWER TO ORDER A LAWYER TO KNEEL IN COURT The Nigerian Bar Association @NigBarAssoc is concerned about reports of an incident that occurred on Monday, 16 March 2026, at the Federal High Court, Abuja, involving Honourable Justice Mohammed Umar and a legal practitioner, Mr. Marshall Abubakar, who appeared as lead defence counsel to Mr. Omoyele Sowore. According to reports, the learned trial judge, in response to counsel raising his voice while addressing the court on the suitability of a hearing date, directed the lawyer to step out of the Bar and kneel down, alongside issuing threats of committal for contempt. The NBA views this development with utmost seriousness, given its implications for the dignity of the legal profession and the sanctity of the courtroom. The courtroom is a temple of justice, governed by law, procedure, and decorum. While judges are vested with the authority to maintain order and discipline in their courts, such authority must be exercised strictly within the bounds of the law and established judicial standards. The power to punish for contempt is well recognised; however, it is circumscribed by defined legal procedures designed to ensure fairness, objectivity, and respect for the rights and dignity of all persons appearing before the court. A judex directing a legal practitioner or indeed any person whatsoever to kneel in court is not a recognised judicial sanction under our laws and does not align with the standards of judicial conduct expected on the Bench. The dignity of the court must be preserved not only in outcome but also in process, and this includes the manner in which judicial authority is exercised. If a judge is of the view that a person has acted in a manner that is contemptuous of the court, the judge MUST follow the accepted way of conducting proceedings for such allegations. We reiterate that legal practitioners bear a corresponding duty to conduct themselves with restraint, professionalism, and respect for the court at all times. While lawyers are entitled, indeed obligated, to advocate firmly and fearlessly on behalf of their clients, such advocacy must always be exercised within the bounds of courtesy and decorum. Disagreements with the court, no matter how strongly felt, must be expressed through proper legal channels and not in a manner that disrupts proceedings or undermines the authority of the court. The legal profession thrives on a delicate but essential balance, one rooted in mutual respect between the Bar and the Bench. This relationship is fundamental to the administration of justice and must be jealously guarded. The NBA calls for calm and restraint on all sides and urges that any grievances arising from courtroom incidents be addressed through appropriate institutional and disciplinary mechanisms. Where necessary, the Association will engage with relevant authorities to ensure that the rule of law, professional standards, and judicial ethics are upheld. Absolutely right. The previous two Archbishops did enormous damage to the Church's credibility and confidence. Rowan Williams argued that Sharia law was unavoidable and desirable in Britain, praised Muslim prayer practices in a Muslim magazine while making only mild criticisms of Islam, and said terrorists could have serious moral goals in reference to Al Qaeda. He consistently deferred to Islam while failing to defend the Christians being persecuted in its name across the Middle East. Justin Welby presided over a Church that prioritised progressive social signalling over Christian distinctiveness and resigned in disgrace over child abuse failures on his watch. Between them they emptied the pews, hollowed out the Church's moral authority, and left it too weakened and too demoralised to defend itself against exactly what is now coming for it. The Church was not captured from outside. It was surrendered from within, by men who confused humility with capitulation and called the result leadership. Sarah Mullally inherits that legacy. The question is whether she has the conviction to reverse it or the inclination to deepen it. "Rowan Williams argued that Sharia law was unavoidable and desirable in Britain"

Okay, so... Lemme explain this for those who don't understand the exact true context of this story. In Oakland Park, Florida, Father Bob Caudill has been feeding the homeless for over 12 years now at his church, All Saints Catholic Mission. He doesn’t just hand out meals, he also provides them with clothes, showers etc to help restore their dignity, something people in their society often ignores. The problem is that, in 2014, the city rezoned the area, making his soup kitchen technically illegal. The city isn’t saying feeding the hungry is wrong, they’re saying his operations violate zoning laws. Since 2016, the city has been fining him $125 per day, which has now stacked up to over $500,000, with liens even placed on the church and on Father Bob personally. It's crazy how the law can be used this way. Basically, they're doing everything they can to keep people homeless. The enforcement of that law can pressure someone to stop doing the right thing. Instead of the government to work with Father Bob to create a permitted kitchen or a temporary solution, the city instead chose rigid punishment. The law became a weapon against the charity. If churches worldwide actually lived up to their purpose, they’d be doing exactly what Father Bob is doing. A church isn’t just a building, it’s a home, a sanctuary, a place where humanity matters. Feeding the hungry, sheltering the weary, and preserving dignity should be the baseline.
Pubity@pubity

A priest in Florida faces a fine of over $500,000 for feeding the homeless. Rezoning led to Father Bob's soup kitchen being suddenly ruled illegal to run in 2014, but he's kept going for the past 12 years and refuses to stop helping others.
