No tree can grow to heaven unless its roots reach down to hell

You can start over on a random Wednesday and decide you want more out of life.

I'm restarting my YouTube channel 0 followers, 0 Dollars I am going to take you all on a journey to building it back up (as if you never knew who I was) I currently do $300,000 a month from my YouTube channel, but let's start from SCRATCH In a 180-day time frame, I will have over 250,000 views and have generated $200,000 All through a single roadmap If this was really happening, here's how I'd build myself back up: I am going to break this down into 3 main stage Stage 1 Picking a niche (Day 1-12) The easiest way to choose your niche is to not choose your niche, and instead, create a hybrid personal brand. Why? When you create a personal brand, YOU ARE THE NICHE. To become the number 1 authority in your niche if you: Have a business/are an expert at what you do: →This is a great way to position yourself if you’re planning on appealing to a target demographic of other high level operators within your niche. For instance, salespeople that are already making good money, but want to make even better money (going from $5k/month to $20k/month). A great example of an expert in the make money online niche would be Charlie Morgan. Have a intermediate skill-set at what you do: → In most niches you can get to an “Enthusiast” or “Intermediate” level relatively quickly (within a year) This is generally best if you’re selling a low to mid-ticket product $1-$2000. (Online Course for instance) A great example of an enthusiast would be Gotham Chess. Have a beginners mindset but are bullish on YT: → When you watch a learner’s content, you basically think of them as a friend that is studying the same subject as you and you’re going on a journey of growth with them. An example of a learner is someone that is trying to land their first sales job and they are documenting the process. The downside of positioning yourself this way is that it’s harder for you to sell your own products, and if you do it typically has to be a low ticket. $1-$300 depending on the niche. However, it’s still pretty easy to promote affiliate products as a Learner. I highly recommend that you create a HYBRID PERSONAL BRAND. Now you might be thinking... “But Shane I can’t sell my personal brand… so it’s a better idea to create a channel that you can later sell, right?” You can always build a business USING YOUR HYBRID PERSONAL BRAND, and then sell it. This is the difference between a “Personal Brand” and a “Hybrid Personal Brand” With a normal personal brand, you can never sell it. With a hybrid personal brand, you can. And an example of this is Doug Demuro. He used his personal brand (Doug Demuro) to promote a company he created (Carsandbids.com), and then sold the company for $80M+. Stage 2 Viral video idea's & Content formation (Day 12-30) There needs to be synergy between the thumbnail, title, and intro. So, I will go through each one in order of importance, and then at the end, I will tie it all together. Thumbnails What do you think is the first thing someone notices in a thumbnail? It’s the eyes. If you have your face on your thumbnail, the eyes are the first thing they notice. So how do you find ideas for what you can use on a thumbnail? The LAST place you would want to find them is the Icahn Method Muse Video. Yes, you read that right. NEVER COPY THE THUMBNAIL FROM THE MUSE VIDEO. When you copy the thumbnail style the market has already seen that thumbnail and they are much less likely to click on your video. Plus they see you as a lame ripoff of the original. “Good artists copy, great artists steal.” - Pablo Picasso Viral Titles The tool I use that displays the data is called “Keywords Everywhere”. On the other hand, The YouTube search bar is the best way to do YouTube SEO So you have a good idea for a video that you came up with, most likely using the Icahn Method. You’ve made a good thumbnail, but now it’s time to come up with the title. What do you do now? Title Creation Guidelines: The words in the title should be different from the words in the thumbnail. Usually you don’t want to repeat a number you had in the thumbnail in the title. $ amounts should go in the thumbnail ($100K/YR), and dates should go in the title (2023) or (2024) so that it’s easier to change later. The best titles are typically around 60-70 characters or shorter. Try to rank for an SEO keyword that you find in the YouTube search bar. Sometimes try to rank for 2 different SEO keywords (as long as it doesn’t make the title look bad). The part of the title that isn’t part of the SEO keyword should be packaged attractively. Use capitalization to EMPHASIZE certain things in the title Stage 3 The Cash Code System: YouTube Monetization 2.0 (Day 30-60) This is where you go from an influencer to a business owner. There are channels out there with millions of subscribers that are broke. There are channels out there with only a few thousand subscribers that make 7 figures a year. What’s the difference between these two types of channels? Effective Monetization Strategies I Use: • Ad Sense • Sponsorships • Affiliate Marketing • Selling Info Products/Courses • SaaS / Membership • High Ticket Products Most people think beginners shouldn’t do High Ticket Offers and they should do low ticket digital products or medium ticket courses instead. I completely disagree. I think a high ticket service or coaching offer (or a hybrid) is the best offer for a beginner to start. Why? You only need one client per month to make a full time income in many cases. Whereas with the other products you might have to sell dozens or even hundreds of clients. There’s no other business monetization model where I’ve seen total beginners go to making $100,000/Mo - $50,000/Mo as fast as creating a high ticket product. Example Of Someone Doing This Well: Boyd Clewis is doing $1.5M/month teaching people how to get into a specific Cybersecurity Job that pays around $200k/yr (PCI Compliance). His coaching program is $17K. His product is a hybrid coaching/service business as he's not only trains his clients but he also will get them guaranteed placements. Most people that are crushing it online are doing High Ticket. Which One Is Best For You? It really depends on your goals, your niche, the market, your customer avatar etc. Generally speaking… 80% of you would be best doing a High Ticket Product of some sort (Coaching/Service/Hybrid). 10% Of You would be best with a low/medium ticket product. 5% Of you would be best off sticking with affiliate marketing. 4% Of you would be best off sticking with a paid group/community. 1% Of you would be best off creating a SAAS/Software product.
