Instead of the guy’s vid; you guys can’t act like it doesn’t exist? And if you cannot see n must talk. Why not against the inhumane fellow that made it. So sad if the straight community guys are even more empathetic than the queer fellow.

How does it make sense to yall in spreading someone’s downfall of the same act you practice? Even if you are so passionate about the situation; why don’t you do full research to escalate those making the vids.

ABANDONING ACCIDENT OR VIOLENCE VICTIMS ON NIGERIAN ROADS (even in broad daylight) MUST STOP IMMEDIATELY. 👇👇 When exactly did we descend into an animal kingdom where human life means nothing? How can we, as a people, see fellow human beings bleeding, gasping for air, fighting for their lives on the roadside and simply walk past them? This has sadly become normal in Nigeria. Our excuses are always the same... 'What if the victim dies?' 'What if the police accuse me?' Yes, these fears are real. But must fear completely erase our humanity? So many people die today not because their injuries were fatal, but because help didn’t come on time. Someone who could have been saved with urgent medical attention is left to die simply because everyone is scared of police harassment. That is not normal. That is not human. On December 31st, around 7pm, at Ilaje Bus Stop, Ajah, Lagos, a place we all know is always crowded, hoodlums stabbed this young man in the image below. His only crime was resisting robbery and extortion. On the last day of the year, with the bus stop overflowing with people, this young man lay there struggling for his life. People watched. Nobody helped. For almost an hour, he bled on the roadside while life slowly left his body. Eventually, a POS woman approached him. With the little strength he had left, he asked her to call his friend. The friend arrived and desperately tried to get him to a hospital. Rides stopped but every single one refused to carry him. Why? Because they were afraid he might die in their car. This young man died. Let that sink in. He could be alive today if help came earlier. This is not the first story like this and sadly, it won’t be the last if we keep pretending it doesn’t concern us. Today it was him. Tomorrow it could be you. It could be me. It could be someone you love. Yes, the government has failed us completely. But must we also fail each other? We must do better as a society. We must choose empathy over fear. We must remember that we are humans first. If you’re reading this, please retweet and share. Let’s start a nationwide conversation. Nigerians should not be dying when there is still a chance to live. Enough is enough! - AlaafinofEko
