@MbarkCherguia Both the bicyclist and the van. It appears this man was walking in a crossing zone. The bicyclist turned right towards the guy walking and the van was not stopping.
@MbarkCherguia Even if I didn’t watch this it’s the cyclists fault! Simply for being a cyclist! I’ve literally never encountered one that isn’t under the impression the laws of the road don’t apply to them! If I were a cop I’d literally make my quotas each month on the cyclists!!!
@MbarkCherguia I don’t know the traffic laws in that country, but where I live the bicyclist is in the wrong because pedestrians have the right of way in a marked crosswalk.
@Adielmf19 Of course! I agree 100%. In fact I will grant you that "accusations" should be properly vetted before even they are tendered. Because, what is an accusation without any supporting evidence? Libel, slander and/or the potential destruction of someone's career.
It's great to be a democrat, you F** Bastard! If a republican had had this happen to them it would be a NATIONWIDE MEDIA DESTRUCTION CAMPAIGN! Eric Swallow, er Swallwell, screw it... Captain Fartblossom, can't seem to KEEP HIS PECKER IN HIS PANTS or his hands to himself... breitbart.com/politics/2026/…
@RonCole57 I agree that public officials should be held to a higher standard since they represent the public. At the same time, I think it’s important that any accusations are properly verified before conclusions are made
@Adielmf19 Actually yes! If you are "PUBLIC OFFICIAL", you have been hired to "represent the public". You are supposed to be living at and held to a "higher standard". If that is an impossible bar for anyone, then they should not seek public office
