bcrypt vs Argon2 in 2026? bcrypt (2004): ✅ Battle-tested, used by Twitter ❌ Vulnerable to GPU attacks ❌ No memory-hard protection Argon2id (2015): ✅ PHC winner, OWASP recommended ✅ Memory-hard = GPU-resistant ✅ Configurable cost params For new projects? Argon2id wins.

⚡ JWT vs Sessions Battle! JWT ✅ Stateless = Infinite Scale Sessions ✅ Revoke Instantly = Max Security JWT: No DB lookup, mobile-native Sessions: Logout works, admin bans work Production: JWT (15min) + Refresh Token DB = Best of both! 🏆 #Backend #Auth #SystemDesign

🔐 OAuth 2.0 flows decoded! ✅ AUTH CODE - Web apps (MOST SECURE) ✅ PKCE - SPAs/Mobile ✅ CLIENT CREDS - Server2Server ❌ IMPLICIT - DEAD (token leak risk) OIDC = OAuth + User ID Production rule: Authorization Code + PKCE always! #OAuth2 #Auth #SystemDesign

🚨 IDEMPOTENT HTTP Methods = Network-Resilient APIs! 1 call = 10 calls = SAME RESULT ✅ ✅ GET - Read (safe) ✅ PUT - Replace entirely ✅ DELETE - Gone forever ❌ POST - Creates multiples 😱 ❌ PATCH - Cumulative changes Why? Retries won't break your data!

HTTP Methods are the backbone of every API! 🚀 GET - Read data (Safe ✅ Idempotent ✅) POST - Create resources (Not safe ❌ Not idempotent ❌) PUT - Replace entirely (Idempotent ✅) PATCH - Partial updates DELETE - Remove (Idempotent ✅) Master these 5 = Master REST APIs 💪

Learn to code. Build something small. Ship it. Repeat 100 times. That’s the roadmap.

People love saying college doesn’t matter. They are liars College still shapes early opportunities. On-campus hiring is simply easier. Fewer applicants, clearer filters, faster decisions. Off-campus is brutal. Tens of thousands competing for a handful of roles. That said, not being from a top college is not a dead end. It just changes the game. If you’re off-campus, stop optimizing for volume and start optimizing for signal. LeetCode alone won’t save you. Use it to build fundamentals, then prove depth. Build real projects, not clones. Pick a niche and go deep. Write, ship, contribute, show work in public. Open source, internships, freelancing, research, startups, anything that creates visible proof. Referrals and networking matter more than ever. This is how hiring actually works. College gives a head start, not a lifetime guarantee. Without it, the path is harder but still very real.

Vibe coding has one underrated benefit. You can quickly build your own workflows or tools without waiting on anyone. If you develop such tools, here's a better way to do it:
