And they weren’t wrong, because having your every activity dictated by a bell, and having to share 14 phone booths with 1000+ students for only a few hours on the weekends really does give prison. And that wasn’t even the worst part too 😭

@AdorableAbbie Right?! I was narrating my ordeals to a friend and she thought I was lying till my best friend corroborated the story and she just gave us hugs and was saying sorry 😂😂😂 Second hand trauma.

As a culture that’s so pro-child
(literally torment people who can’t or choose not to have kids) how are we so anti–child protection? From shielding pedophiles (esp within families),to not using car seats on our unsafe roads to 0 safeguarding training for people working with kids
