That's not entirely accurate. The issue concerns an ATF report indicating that examiners were unable to match the bullet recovered from Kirk's autopsy to the rifle associated with Robinson. The defense is citing this as exculpatory evidence and intends to call the ATF analyst to testify.

My 155k channel was flagged for “harmful content involving minors” and “content related to sexual abuse,” which is completely false. Just a few months ago, I had to go through multiple steps to receive my creator award and verification checkmark, I was denied and after a human review, I finally got my reward. Now I can’t seem to get any help at all. What is the purpose of recognizing creators if their channels can be taken down shortly afterward without proper review? I am formally requesting a human review of my channel. My history videos do not violate YouTube’s guidelines. Why is educational content not protected anymore?
