Given that the LTB makes it nearly impossible to get tenants out and they tend to leave when they know it is lost, not many bad tenants make it into the public records. We should be able to have a rate your tenant site.

A few home builders today told me that the GST/HST removal makes it a lot more compelling for them to rent out their unsold inventory. 30k+ closings in 2026 and near-record unsold inventory… it’s not hard to guess the primary objective of this policy. Bearish for rents

The prices in store might be cheaper because they’ll be offset by tax dollars from every person in Toronto, whether they go to these stores or not.

I get so annoyed by people who just sit there when the light turns green.

Find out where they work and head to court again, get a garnishment order. They quit their job and get a new one. Rinse repeat.
