Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, which was part of the COVID-19 cancelled 2020 Summer Season @PITLOCHRYft I loved designing this show. So sad it won’t now take place. The gilded cage was going to open magically. 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢

Gordon Brown got bullied and ridiculed. Ed Milliband got bullied and ridiculed. Jeremy Corbyn got bullied and ridiculed. Sir Keir Starmer is getting bullied and ridiculed. Don't know about anyone else, but I'm seeing a pattern. 🤔 #ScumMedia

And I'm sure this will be followed by swift and fulsome apologies from Matt Goodwin, Reform UK, Nigel Farage, Richard Tice, GB News and Talk TV. Right? RIGHT?

Greater Manchester Police say they have no evidence of family voting after an extensive investigation, including speaking to Democracy Volunteers and seizing CCTV: We’ve concluded our investigation into alleged ‘family voting’ at last month’s Gorton and Denton by-election, finding no evidence of any intent to influence or refrain any person from voting. Our investigation into alleged influencing of voters at a polling booth (under Section 62C Representation of the People Act 1983 (Ballot Secrecy Act 2023)) began after a criminal report from the Reform UK party following a public statement made by independent electoral observers at Democracy Volunteers. We have spoken to the four Democracy Volunteers observers present at polling stations on the day of the by-election (26 February) who have shared with us their eyewitness account. This includes some instances of more than one voter going into a booth at the same time, and instances of people looking over the shoulder of voters. The information they have provided to us estimates this may have happened on 32 occasions across 15 polling stations. The observers do not allege any verbal instruction or physical conduct that indicated one person was directing or coercing another regarding how to vote. This is a crucial part of the legislation to prove such an offence was committed. Our investigation team, led by an experienced senior investigating officer, spoke to all four volunteers from Democracy Volunteers as part of our enquiries – obtaining a copy of their observations. We also spoke to the Presiding Officers at 15 stations as well as the Acting Returning Officer, none of whom received any reports other than from Democracy Volunteers. We have received no further criminal reports. For us to investigate allegations, we require an understanding of who the potential suspects may be, and evidence that may corroborate eyewitness accounts. For an investigation to meet the criminal threshold for prosecution, we require admissible evidence of intent or action aimed at influencing the vote. We have asked Democracy Volunteers for descriptions of those alleged to be involved, and timings on when these are believed to have occurred. These details were not documented by observers or the complainant, and we have not been provided with any identities or descriptions to pursue. The absence of this information means there is no remaining reasonable line of enquiry. This also includes limitations with CCTV as an absence of descriptions, and votes not being time-stamped, meaning we are not able to identify individuals from footage. We have approached all 45 polling stations in the Gorton and Denton constituency to ask for CCTV from the day. Forty-one of those polling stations told us they did not have CCTV activated in the building as it would have compromised the secrecy of the vote during polling day, in line with advice given. We have seized and viewed CCTV from three of the remaining four polling stations. These are three polling station that Democracy Volunteers visited. We have spoken to the Presiding Officer from each one. However, these stations do not show any evidence of anyone directing or coercing another regarding how to vote – the crucial part of the legislation to prove such an offence was committed. There is no evidence to suggest any intent to influence or refrain a person from voting as stated in the Ballot Secrecy Act 2023. We have been liaising with the Electoral Commission, who we have shared our findings with. We have also shared our findings with the Returning Officer. We have updated the complainant about the work of our investigation and the conclusion we have reached.

Liz Truss is slagging off the UK again. This woman is 12 inches short of a full ruler. Even Donald Trump thinks she's nuts. Her pension for life should be removed and she needs to piss off to the USA pronto. #BBCBreakfast #Bonkers

A programme that asks for the opinion of Michael Gove, who is up to his neck in dodgy Covid contracts and much else, has little credibility. Were there no experts available? #c4dispatches

Viviane: 🌹Labour led by Keir for me
I can think of many people who have lost. Many of those have been upset, sad, disappointed but have been gracious in defeat. Showing strength and respect. And then there is Farage and Reform. Who prefer to lie and waste police time. Decent people don’t stand for Reform.

Journalists: Whilst focused on bringing our PM down, can you take a look at: 1. Cost of decorating Downing St 2. No of holidays taken in power 3. No of COBRA mtgs not attended 4. Cost of private helicopters used 5. Awarding of contracts to mates 6. No of fridges hidden in.

Here we have Tory Kevin Hollinrake giving it large regarding the Morgan McSweeney 'phone theft'. Don't remember Mr Hollinrake's zeal when Boris Johnson 'accidentally' deleted 5000 WhatsApp messages and Rishi Sunak ignored a court order. #BBCBreakfast

Data is the new oil. And it’s slipping into dangerous hands. Palantir, the $400B tech giant behind surveillance in the illegal occupation of Palestine and US racial profiling, is now creeping into our public services. Our NHS is for saving lives, not for feeding their profit machine.

@NerineHalton @SandraDunn1955 @lewis_goodall @Channel4 I’ve just noticed the channel 4 prog tonight. I’m bloody furious. It’s not “ all gone wrong” The situation with America and the Middle East is terrifying. Keir Starmer is exactly what is needed now- calm, thoughtful, strategic and making decisions to protect the British people

Until 1979 when Margaret Thatcher took over, Water, Energy, Rail and Mail were some of the cheapest and best run services in the entire world. Then suddenly she said we can't afford them because she wanted to privatise them and they began to fail. What a strange coincidence.

Johnson was the biggest cunt, Truss was the most incompetent and Cameron was the most entitled. None of them were qualified to lace Starmer’s boots, and I’m not really a fan.

@Eyeswideopen69 unfortunately, I remember liz truss even though she only lasted 49 painful days. But for me it is Cameron for calling an EU referendum against all professional advice and plunging the UK into the wilderness.

Reform Party UK Exposed 🇬🇧
Tory until 2 months ago. He was a Tory Councillor from 2017-22, then MS 2021-Present. Tory Shadow Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care until 2 months ago. Reform UK have no claim on being ‘a change’.

I’m honoured and grateful to have been selected as @RUKWales’ lead candidate in Brycheiniog Tawe Nedd for the upcoming Senedd election in May! I’m looking forward to the challenge ahead, to working with my fellow candidates on the list, and to taking our positive message directly to communities right across the constituency. There is a huge amount of work to do, and I’m ready to get started. The hard work starts now. 💪🏻
