Air Canada now has a one luggage check in policy for flights into Kingston. I am aware of passengers who were never advised of this policy. Agents misinform them that it is a Jamaica policy. A lie. This is an Air Canada policy. Shame on @AirCanada.

@SimonCalder can you help please. @AirCanada cancelled our flight Heathrow to Calgary,sent us via Munich&Toronto.They refused to provide a hotel overnight in Munich so we had to pay. They are now refusing to reimburse us for this cost. Is this right? It’s certainly not fair!

@AirCanada up at 230 am to get to o’hare airport early like suggested, no desk agents, get to gate, missing a flight attendant, 45 minutes late, get to Toronto, board early, mechanical issues after we’re all on board. 45-60 minutes on a plane.. same old terrible service

I'm so sick of the horrible service we receive from your airline @AirCanada . Customer service agents that refuse to put any effort into actually resolving the issues and just wash their hands of the problem . Unacceptable.

@AirCanada I guess it wasn't enough that you had to waste 6 hours of my day prior to my original departure because you changed my seat I had paid for weeks in advance, but now I " cannot check in until I get to the airport" because of your agents mistake.
