@BestBuyCanada I’m done with dealing with the Geek Sqaud. 2 weeks of procrastination and no updates. Seems like I was sold a defective item. All I get is: we’ll get back to you in 1 or 2 working days. This is exhausting

.@FlySwoop has atrocious customer service. Flight was canceled due to hurricane fiona (understandable) BUT they were unable to rebook me before the return flight. Now since I’m obviously not going to on the flight I’m out $400,missing MRI & Neuro appt. No Humans to speak with.

@FlySwoop disgusting. You state you provided me with an alternative. The alternative would’ve gotten me to my Destination 24 hours later! Took you 3 months to respond and not pay my claim. Horrible disregard to people’s hard earned money. I need someone who can legally assist me.
