Slidell Police received the call and arrived on scene in 6 minutes. Polsky tried to flee but was quickly apprehended. He faces charges of indecent behavior with a juvenile, disturbing the peace, resisting an officer, and simple battery. Polsky has a very long criminal record spanning 12 different states.
