@AdubaAlison @KPRC2 This is horse shit crazy .! So if a kid doesn't want to learn how to spell or learn where a period goes, you just pass them into the next grade? And then it continues until they are out of high school? It's beginning to make a lot of sense now.... #SoSad

@craigers66 @KPRC2 It's the administration telling them to pass them on. If teachers had a say so they would retain the ones who would benefit from being held back.

@KPRC2 As I see it, most of the teachers across the country should lose their jobs for passing kids who cannot spell, write a full sentence, or use proper punctuation. These basic needs are very obvious now more than ever. Especially in the last 15 years.

Planet Fitness has banned a woman from their gym for taking a picture of this person below who claims to be a woman, and was face shaving in the women’s locker room. @PlanetFitness says that taking pictures of members in a locker room is a violation of their rules, as it would make members uncomfortable. Taking your penis out in the women’s locker room is not against the rules, whether it makes you uncomfortable or not.

When will my baby begin to crawl? It’s a hard question to answer, and not just because of the wide “range of normal” associated with most developmental milestones. The truth is: your baby may never learn to crawl. Indeed, a small percentage of children bypass traditional hand and knees crawling in favor of other forms of locomotion (scooting, rolling, etc.) - or progress directly to walking. Take this little one, for example, who at 11 months, has mastered a slightly different way of getting around: the bottom scoot. The whole topic is actually a little controversial. Many clinicians insist that the criss-cross motion of crawling, which involves movement across the body’s midline is critical to brain development and that the absence of crawling can lead to developmental challenges elsewhere. But in 2022 the US Centers for Disease Control and American Academy of Pediatrics actually removed crawling from a simplified list of developmental milestones, citing a lack of consistent published data on the topic. If your baby is going to crawl - and again, most do - it’s likely to happen somewhere between 6 and 11 months. But you needn’t necessarily worry if yours doesn’t - especially if they’ve found another strategy here. As long as they’re moving themselves from Point A to Point B, don’t get too bent out of shape if this doesn’t take the form of traditional hands and knees crawling - but keep a watchful eye and contact your pediatrician any time you have concerns about your child’s healthy development. Did your baby crawl? Scoot? Roll? Skip right ahead to walking? This little scooter was shared to IG by thataefilhos.

“The work of governing, which includes budgeting, planning, internal policymaking, managing the executive, communicating with the public, etc., is not as exciting as the hot-button partisan issues of the day. But it is the work that ultimately impacts organizational outcomes.”

@Ms_Morgan15 @HairgroveCFISD I can’t believe Ms. Darlene is still there. I worked with her at Hairgrove for 10 years. I just had a different last name back then. Tell her I said hi.
