Hundreds of articles are written about Pakistan every day covering all kinds of topics. Yet Arifa chose just this one paragraph about the officer. Is it personal obsession or an attempt to push an anti-state narrative? Either way, this is clearly taken out of context and spiced up for effect. I double checked The officer cannot respond freely due to government restrictions. Lets stick to facts instead of manufacturing drama and move on. Kudos on the views though.

He is just saying that traffic laws will be enforced so that lives can be saved . He is not giving a lecture on morality . There’s nothing wrong with it . However your post is instigating that he should be fired from service is a felony , chargeable under the PECA Act .

Officer @HamzahHumayun is right. He is not threatening anyone. He is simply saying the law must be implemented and that’s his job. It’s easy to criticise officers because the government doesn’t let them respond freely. What about the kids dying on bikes every day? What about their mothers crying? We need firm enforcement to save lives. Respect the uniform and the law! 🇵🇰

In today’s social media environment, allegations spread faster than facts, and reputations are damaged before any verification. This creates a serious imbalance. The Article 4 of the Constitution of Pakistan guarantees that every individual is treated in accordance with law, while Article 14 of the Constitution of Pakistan protects dignity and reputation. The Supreme Court in Benazir Bhutto v. Federation of Pakistan made it clear that these rights must be interpreted in a way that gives them real, practical meaning. Islamic guidance is equally direct: Surah Al-Hujurat instructs believers to verify information before accepting or acting upon it, so that harm is not caused through false or incomplete reports. What this really means is simple: today, the first “trial” often happens online. If a civil servant has no presence in that space, they effectively have no voice when allegations are made, no way to clarify facts, and no means to prevent misinformation from hardening into public perception. So therefore, a limited, regulated and responsible presence of civil servants on social media cannot be barred rather it is a practical necessity to protect dignity, ensure fair hearing, and maintain public trust in state institutions.

This historic first air ambulance service will deliver fast emergency medical care to remote areas, serving ~10.3 million people (69% of the province’s 14.9 million population in rural regions) by cutting response time from hours or days to just 1-2 hours for critical cases like accidents, heart attacks, and childbirth complications. It will help tackle the challenge of 77,826 road accidents recorded between 2019–2025 that caused 1,743 deaths on provincial highways, potentially saving thousands of lives every year in far-flung districts. The Government of Balochistan deserves strong applause for this revolutionary, life-saving healthcare initiative.

Following the Jaffar Express incident, over a dozen terrorists involved in the attack were neutralised and their bodies were shifted to Civil Hospital. It is deeply disturbing that a group led by Mahrang Baloch allegedly forced entry into the hospital, removed bodies of these militants, and attempted to glorify them. Let’s be clear. These were not victims. These were individuals who targeted and killed 40 innocent civilians and challenged the writ of the state. Turning terrorists into symbols or heroes is not activism. It distorts reality, disrespects victims, and weakens the collective resolve against terrorism. The state must continue to act against terrorists and those who enable or justify them. Pakistan stands with its citizens. The attackers were arrested and now in Jail under trail . Anyone who glorifies terrorists is breaking Pakistani Law and NCCIA can arrest them

How Rs 600 billion tax loss was averted in Balochistan Pakistan enforced the One Document Regime on the Afghanistan border in 2023 and extended it to the Iran border in March 2026. ODR means simple, lawful border movement: no crossing without valid passport and visa. This ended undocumented movement specially on tazkira and rahdari, reduced space for smuggling, illegal trade, currency leakage and tax evasion, and helped protect nearly Rs 600 billion in potential revenue loss. All LEAs were tasked to enforce it and all Provincial administrations were in support role.
