@AdvanceAuto app is so bad. Example: search for "fluid transfer pump" (best match). Results list: chemical transfer pump, fuel transfer pump x 4, fluid exchanger, and finally an actual "fluid transfer pump" that they carry in stores and people use on a regular basis. So bad.

@AdvanceAuto Poor customer experience. Store recommended bug and tar remover. I used one spray to see if it worked. It didn’t. A shoulder shrug. That’s the chance you take. So shopping is like a lottery??No wonder Amazon is kicking butt.

@AdvanceAuto I will NEVER shop at advance auto again, they don't honor their rebates, they can't help you to find out what's going on with them even though I have a screen shot showing I put it in. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Never buy an alternator for your vehicle at @AdvanceAuto.. Friday my wife called me and told me her car would not start, she has a Hyundai Sonata Limited, she managed to get a jump and made it to Advance Auto as it died again. She called me, I went to her and after a 70$ discount for buying it online instead of the store I was standing in, it was almost 500$, it was a @Carquest alternator. I came back the next morning and put in on in the Advance auto parking lot. I Cranked it up and managed to make it home, but the entire time the battery light was flashing. So, with me knowing I replaced the alternator, I figured it probably ruined my battery, so I went and spent 300$ on a new battery, and that did not fix it, so I went to @FirestoneAuto where I have credit, and I had them run an advanced diagnostic, they told me it was the new alternator. I went and got another one, took that one off and put the new one on, but guess what, the second new alternator was so warped the bolts would not line up for get the top bolt through. This was the third time I am removing an alternator at this point, and this one is not easy to get out, it is extremely tight, so after waiting for them to run to Knoxville TN from Sevierville TN to get me a third one, I got it installed and it finally worked. This cost me 3 removals and 2 installs I should never have had to of done, and an extra 540$ out of my pocket for diagnostic, battery, Uber, etc. 2 out of 3 bad alternators, shame of you @Carquest and @AdvanceAuto. My wife called corporate, and they offered a 70$ gift card, she told them to keep their fucking card, we will not ever use your company again!
