@AmericanAir broken TV on flight 2663 EYW to CLT, then 4 delays followed by a 1 hr ground hold on flight 471 CLT to BOS. Really disappointed in this experience

@hulu_support This is happening using the app on an Xbox1, but I confirmed it also happens when using the app on my phone. It has happened most recently on episode 7 and 8, and also an earlier one as well
