People need to know that if you book through Virgin and they use Virgin Atlantic as a flight they are two totally different entities and are unwilling To help you or each other !!!!

@VirginAtlantic your customer service is a shambles after requesting a phone conversation to sort out a massive problem in regards to re scheduled flights. You continue on the same tact of hiding behind a key board.

@VirginAtlantic Yes it seams every time I try and contact you your team are busy !!!! Which has so far lead to me loosing 1 day of my holiday and staying up until 02:30 am Becuase I was talking to an advisor on the chat line !

So this the response from @AskPayPal paid for seats together on @Ryanair flight and had 2 sit apart which were foc in first place and they cons this materially the same,really ! I’m sorry if I order chicken at a restaurant and beef comes is that ok #dotherightthing

@OFLoakfurniture 2days off 2accept delivery 2 failed turn outs by yourselves, how does a major retail outlet like yourselves find it acceptable 2let the customer know of the cancellation 2hours b4 the delivery, and not allowing us 2cancel leave 4 the following day #stayawayfolks
