@Aella your customer service is really poor and not responsive after debiting my account through direct debit to fund my wallet with you guys.
The sum of 40,000 was debited from my Zenith Bank but wasn't credited into my Aella account since yesterday.
I messaged you guys since yesterday and I provided necessary details you asked for. I don't know why you guys are not responsive again since morning oooo
I need my money as soon as possible please.
