@AesSuccessOrg - your email system isn’t working. As of today between Nov-Jan I’ve made 3-4 inquiries on my account as I paid off my student loan which funds were misapplied by AES. I’ve made 3 subsequent payments to pay off $40+ balance which AES continues to misapply (1/2)
