#bandlife is rough. We drink #fancycoffee out of tiny cups and fight to get the most attention from . . . cats.
Keep swiping to see our facial expressions degenerate into #nextlevel#boyband.

We also have to keep practicing our English! So here's a sexy video of Lukas practicing counting to two. He's doing a great job. We're so proud of him! 🤣😂

We hacked Frank and Nick's personal accounts so we could let them take part in the Dolly Parton Challenge.
You're welcome, guys!
Don't forget to check out and share Nick's Spotify playlist of AFD's favorite Sardinian bands:

When Lukas was 18, his cousin gave him his first electric guitar. He got his start as a solo guitarist for the band Rage Inside, then founded Anthems of Steel, a groove metal band with power and prog influences. When he founded AFD, he began focusing exclusively on vocals.
Nick was born in Nuoro, in central-eastern Sardinia. When he was 14, he sold all his video games to buy a bass guitar and taught himself how to play. He is strongly influenced by the Pixies, Ramones, Nirvana, & Marilyn Manson, as well as indie, folk, blues, & grunge genres.
Mik learned to play the drums at 16. He is mostly self-taught and started out by teaching himself blink-182 songs. Lukas (as a guitarist) and Mik began playing music together in high school. He was a member of the Sardinian rock band, Replica, for three years.
Frank has been playing the guitar since he was about 9 years old. Growing up, he was shy and introverted but he eventually came out of his shell to become an amazing solo guitarist. For work, Frank is a guitar teacher and organizes workshops to teach children about music.
Happy Groundhog Day!
We don't really understand the festivities behind America's meteorologically oracular rodents so here's a picture of Lukas's bunny Yuki.
Have a sweet vermouth on the rocks with a twist and think of Rome, the way the sun hits the buildings in the afternoon.
It's hard to believe that it's been almost 5 months since we wrapped up our very first US tour. We hope to fill this empty space between us and see all of you again very soon!
Leave a comment to let us know which cities we should tour through next time!
