Met a guy in Miami last week. Quiet. Humble. The kind of guy you'd walk past and never think twice about. Running a supplement brand. Doing $100k days. Not a single real UGC creator in his entire ad account. Not one. Every face on screen is AI generated. Every video is AI generated. His whole creative pipeline runs on AI and really good copy. No crazy costs per video. No waiting on creators to deliver. He just builds the persona, writes the copy, and scales. His MRR would make most people in this space rethink everything. True killer.

I was recently talking to a very successful friend of mine about how important it is to know when to stop pushing as a business owner. Your instinct is almost always to push for the next revenue tier no matter what, but you will eventually reach a point where the next tier brings you more problems than you can justify. I used to tell agency owners that once you hit that number where you’re constantly dealing with headaches, just scale back 30%. (Because most of the time that last 30% of revenue is where 90% of the headaches come from) If you’re serious about running things long-term, you realize that the best business is one that runs cleanest & has guardrails around staying there. If scaling the business is breaking you, it’s not worth it.

If you take 100 people who haven't made it in aff marketing yet, I'd bet you 99% have a mindset block of some sort. It genuinely isn't THAT hard to be an affiliate. It's more just learning how to survive a constant beatdown and still be positive every day.
