@aflac Your customer service sucks. It’s 2026 and you require a fax (or mail) yet your fax number is busy or out of service. Tried for 2 hours this morning and again this afternoon. Meanwhile you just keep taking money out of my dead parents’ account. Unbelievable. #aflacsucks

@aflac missed a pay cycle waiting on on approval. Either approve it or deny it. So far not a fan of AFLAC if all they do is take advantage of people that don’t subscribe to AFLAC! Missed pay because of them is a red flag to all.

@aflac makes everything about a cancer claim so difficult. One person there tells you one thing, the next tells you the complete opposite. If you ever get cancer, just know cancer isn't your only battle, the insurance companies can be worse than the cancer. Sad.🤕

@aflac I have found Aflac was a great secondary insurance provider until you attempt to cancel a policy in November and continue to get billed through January. Then you are sent three forms asking for information YOU ALREADY PUT ON FILE TO GET YOUR 3 POLICIES YOU HAVE HAD W/ FOR YEARS.

What in the actual fuck @aflac !!! My 96 yr old gram has paid into your system for 40 years with ZERO claims and you DENY her insurance claim for SNF. Go straight to hell. Do not pass go, but I’m sure you’ll find a way to collect 200 dollars you fucking crooks!!!

@aflac @aflac is a rip off! They are writing policies for people and then refusing to pay their clients when they are in disabled and in need of benefits. I pay over $200 in premiums a month since 2018 and when I put in my claim for benefits I was denied.

@aflac don’t trust AFLAC, that Duck or their lying representatives. They will send you on a wild goose/duck chase and won’t pay you any benefits. The company doesn’t have supervisors. They links to the appeals process doesn’t work. They never call you back as promised.
