@aflac this can't be real that your auditors do not realize that they have to submit medical reqs to the medical rec dep that's connected to a hospital. Now they're asking me to I know the address. Had the req address from John Babbish ER doctor as a primary care

@aflac additionally what is the purpose of signing a medical authorization if you're going to be task of getting your own medical records when your only focus is recovery. This is the third occasion this has happened to another employee.

@aflac as the CEO of my corp & in SNF recovering from a severe car accident/LUPUS your numerous claims rep/adjustors is telling me I need to get my medical records to process the claims when they have auth still deny the claim after my assistant uploaded the records.
