If you were unable to be tax positive then you will be incentivized to vote for resources to be redirected to you. So no. It seems you have Lyme disease. My sympathies. We are all concerned about getting that with this tick epidemic. The fact is private Charity is a great way to affect social change for those who lack political representation. There are many ways to get your needs met and you are still a valued part of our society.
