New Music Friday. Fally Ipupa, Wizkid - Jam- Fally's lines aside which was sung in Lingala and French languages, the collab has l@zy songwriting from Wizkid, especially the refrain. Sofiane Parmart, Rema - Movie Star: That's an emotional track, soothing, relatable, but the "Messiah" line is far from factual, and they could've done better with the bridge. The instructmental also slightly overpowers the vocals. It's 6/10. Shoday, Olamide - Come Kulosa: Good wordplay, calm collab, nothing new. 4/10. Zoro - NNA. Best release of this week. Zoro needed to stir up deeper conversations, and a feature with Phyno would've been a great collab. 5.5/10. Bella Shmurda ft. Olamide - Ara: Olamide missed on this one, his rap/verse was neither on point, nor did he blend with the Bella. That said, the music video contradicts the song, praying to God while having masquerades visibly seen in the video is confusion. BNXN & Sarz - Back Outside: Beautifully sung chorus and outro (vocally). However the song lacks depth, despite being soothing. 4.5/10. SPINALL, Mavo & Deto Black - Shaba: Mavo was on beats, however Deto gave the song life. Not a bad collab, 4/10. No offense.
