@NwekereNdoki You may not be truly right. Abia ordered 100 Buses while building out infrastructure for the service. The delivery timeline was to deliver 20 first for demo operations and 80 within a year. Rolling out EV service in a virgin land takes time, testing, planning and proper execution

Low IGR is the reason Abia was only able to buy 20 electric buses (Enugu got 100), and doing other projects at snail speed compared to Enugu is because Enugu now has more money to fund projects than Abia. So you see, more money for the state, more infrastructure for you.

What Governor Mbah has done at Monarch Avenue is magical, because anyone who has lived on that street or visited someone there would know how bad those roads were. Today after over 30years of no asphalt, Monarch Avenue road is now asphalted and dust-free. This work needs to touch so many other places and contractors need to up their game as we approach another rainy season.
