@JioCare my wifi is down since Sunday, then i tried everything but it is always a bot and the engineer is always cancelling my appointment since a week I have been struggling with work and everything, this is a serious concern please look into it, the guy even took some money.

I am writing this tweet cause my wifi got shut down and when we booked a technician from your app, the technician didn't show up and now rescheduled the appointment to Wednesday, I have work, meetings etc and I cannot wait that long, please look into this. @JioCareers
