@wizzair @Saif_2026 Please can you advise whether there is any charge. The FAQs say that issuing boarding passes at the airport is charged, but we are unable to obtain the boarding passes due to the additional check.

@Saif_2026 If your boarding card says 'This is not a boarding pass' or 'Invalid boarding card', it is okay, your ticket is still valid, but we need to check your documents before boarding.
