@sicMagazine @KeeperOfPybus I don’t mind the references in the slightest , I find it interesting, don’t disagree either, some things that affected us when we were young and impressionable have stuck with us.

@KeeperOfPybus @After_Nature It’s cos I’m old, man! I reference too much to...me. Agree it sounds totally fresh. But I do get dreampop vibes. Trouble is, when I get near 500 words I feel I need to stop. Point taken though.

@KeeperOfPybus PS it’s interesting in that I don’t particularly listen to much 80’s or 90’s music either but a lot of those references are bands that meant a lot to me when I was younger especially Wire & the Cocteau’s

@After_Nature Nice review, but it puzzles me a bit to see 80s music referenced so often in relation to this music. I guess I wasn't paying attention then, or more likely listening to very different things. To me it just sounds fresh and vital.
