Interesting that SNP HQ are now tweeting this clip out after their party social media machine kicked into gear and joyfully promoted the remarks of Lord Offord.

Where have you been for the last ten years @JohnSwinney ? You cannot be serious- I don’t think you will find a single person or business who thinks the SNP administration or the leader has done a good job of running Glasgow. Start up businesses cannot get off the ground due to reduction in footfall, and inability to get the public realm throughout the city ( not just in sections) up to a desirable standard comparable to most European cities including err Edinburgh for example ?
