Only here to discuss On Patrol: Live. On occasion I might talk about something else, but I don't do politics or religion. Will block any obvious BOT follower.

We're seeing a new kind of "person" that we've never seen before. Starting with young millennials, but highly characteristic of Gen Z. This new kind of person can only be described as having no personality. I mean that literally. They actually don't have *personalities*. They use the exact same vocal intonation. They use the exact same empty emotive phrases that don't communicate content or ideas. They use the same hand gestures. They don't *say anything*. They seem like human instantiations of an LLM. Programmed with a stereotyped range of responses, and that's all. You can't prod them into having a personality, because they actually don't have one. They don't even know that they don't have one. They have no actual thoughts. No real opinions. They have affective gestures and responses tied to cue words. When I was their age, everyone I knew, casually or otherwise, had a personality. Becky's humor was distinct. Charlie's way of handling disagreements was particular to him. Shannon would always voice the minority view any time there was a debate. They all had their own voices (actual vocal tonality), their own way of carrying their bodies, their own facial expressions. Think about it. Think about your friends from the 90s. Now look at Gen Z today. Do you see it? The lack of genuine personality? -J

@TheLaurenChen Here is a fact I learned the hard way. A man had 1 shot with a woman at church. If she rejects him, he's done, because all the single women will know he asked her out. If he asks out another, even a year later, she will be offended because she thinks he sees her as "2nd best."

I consistently see two types of posts from church women: 1) Complaining that men at church aren't asking them out 2) Shaming men at church for asking them out I'm married so I have no stake in this, but it seems like you all need to sort yourselves out.

@MrBeardyBeard @TheLaurenChen "Waiting for my Boaz" was the phrase they used when I was in my 20s and 30s. Every guy knew it meant "waiting for a rich guy," or a guy with high income potential. Probably why only 3 ever got married from that church, and they married men on their level.

@TheLaurenChen Trying to date in protestant churches in my 20s was utter hell. All of the Christian women were looking for superman Jesus boyfriend, but would all flock towards the one or two of the best looking guys. They thought they deserved it because they were "Daughters of a King" you

@BasedBandita My dad always wanted the chance to piss on her grave for all of his Navy buddies who either didn't return from Vietnam, or came home permanently injured. Guess I'll have to do it for him when the time comes.

NEVER FORGET what Jane ‘Hanoi’ Fonda did! And I mean NEVER! Do NOT FORGIVE nor FORGET that she gave aid and comfort and supported our ENEMY. This, my fellow Americans, is the VERY definition of the word TREASON! Bookmark and share this so others know WHO Jane Fonda REALLY is:

@TheLaurenChen And to continue, church women aren't any different than non-believers. Guy needs to be an 8-10. Guy needs to be 6ft or more. Guy needs the body type the woman wants. Above all, he needs to be her "Boaz," meaning rich or high income potential.

@TheLaurenChen If a guy asks a woman out at church, he has one chance. If she says no, he's done at that church because every other woman will know what he did. They will never go out with him because in their minds, he actually considers them to be "second best."
