Scott MacFarlane reports that momentum is growing in Congress for Supreme Court term limits. Several bipartisan proposals would impose 18- or 20-year limits on Supreme Court justices. Rep. Trump on Taiwan: When you look at the odds, China is very, very powerful, big country. That's a very small island. Think of it, it's 59 miles away. We're 9500 miles away. "Jim Crow" is a bullshit Democrat talking point. No voter of any race is discriminated against by any poll tax, grandfather clause, literacy test, or any other reason. That is the essence of the Voting Rights Act. But racially favorable and discriminatory practices against non-black voters was slowly etched into the law by courts and Congress, which allowed racially divisive Congressional districts to be carved out in favor of Black voters in contravention of the law. The Supreme Court just restored normalcy back to the law.
