Thank you, Raiden, and EVERYONE for praying! God is a God of miracles, and prayer is so powerful! Today was a roller coaster. They could not try to wake Jake up this morning because his heart rate was dipping when they shined a light in his bad eye. It could have been from the TBI or an indicator of more serious issues, so they ordered another CAT scan. We were so concerned he was going to need brain surgery. When the results came in, they indicated it was likely from the TBI. The drs decided to try to remove him from sedation tonight. They shut off the ventilator, and Jake had to successfully breathe on his own for 30 min. His dad and wife were able to keep him calm through the process. After 30 mns, they removed the tube. His wife said it reminded her of Lazarus. He started sighing in relief and began moving his mouth. He was able to wiggle his toes on demand and give a thumbs up. He could not open his eyes, but in a raspy voice he whispered to his wife, “I love you too!” 🥹🥰🙌🏻 He knew his name, birthdate, what state he was in, the year & the aircraft he was flying. We pray for continued healing of his brain, vertebrae, eye, & nose that needed to be rebuilt. He has a bone fracture at the top of his nose and skull, and we pray that continues to heal & doesn’t get any csf fluid leaking from his nasal passage. His mom and wife are sound asleep for the first night since Tuesday, but I had to sneak off to a corner of the room to give you the good news & thank you for your prayers!!! I’m going to see Jake as soon as I wake up, and I can’t wait to ask him who his president is! I imagine a great big grin coming over his face as he tells me, “Donald J Trump!” Knowing Jake, he might say, “Batman!” 🙏🏻🙌🏻❤️🇺🇸❤️🙌🏻🙏🏻 @realDonaldTrump

Friends we have a brother, his name is Jake, he is a husband & father who has 3 children, he had a plane crash and God gave him a miracle, he survived. They were trying to take him off sedation again this morning. Pray that there are continued improvements with verbal commands, but we are really praying that when they take him off of sedation, he is calm and can stay relaxed to the point where they can take out the intubation tube and that he can breathe on his own. Pray that he can open his eyes. We won’t know the extent of the brain damag until they can get him breathing on his own and get the intubation tube out. PLEASE continue to pray for healing of his brain, eye and vertebrae. Thank you in advance for your prayers 🙏 God is faithful & He will watch over Jake to heal him, it is written. I de care Jake will have no brain damage & he will recover all in Jesus name.

I think @MTNNG is stealing data from their customers to run their company. I mean, how else do you explain data usage of 40GB in 6 days. I use Shaw for my home internet and Bell on my phone when I am in Canada, it’s unlimited and I don’t even use up to 40GB in a month even with NETFLIX, X, IP TV, surfing and telephony, and sometimes I even have to work from home. MTN is extorting Nigerians like an illegal tollgate, and as the minister of communications and digital economy, this is the type of case that should be earning @bosuntijani his stripes. Unfortunately, anywhere you find APC, the incompetence and malfeasance don’t take long to show. It always wills out. MTN and APC, 5 & 6.

The comparison is not between canada and other Western countries. The scope of this discussion is value for money.

We pay for data monthly and have value for it. I live in Toronto & don't look for free wifi because I have enough data

Yore likely right but you have to do the equivalency very well. For one there’s a lot of free wifi around you in Canada. If you work in canada and are on holiday in Nigeria, that factors in to usage (on the phone less, at home less too) vs in Nigeria where you’re out and about and very dependent on your phone data.
