@GMB All teachers should be paid more. The Equality Act 2010 would not support men being paid more.

The Education Secretary has called for more men to become teachers to counter 'toxic online influences' as schoolboys needed 'strong, positive male role models to look up to'. But as men only make up a third of secondary school teachers, is it time to pay male teachers more?

Just got back from a local production of Grease at @HGtheatre. What a fantastic night! Singing, orchestra, dancing and stage sets were great. Will definitely support local again.🤩

Had our first whole school Poetry Slam to promote oracy. Every child learned a poem by heart to perform in class. Celebrated by having a special assembly with performers from each class. Best assembly ever with an impressive range of poems to share! Such a buzz round school. 🙂
