Have been staying in an Airbnb whilst builders completely fuck up our house. I don’t know who lives in the flat underneath but I do know that they watch “Never The Twain” at 10pm every night with the volume loud.

@AgentDeborahW Unfortunately the windows don't open on carriages that have air conditioning units fitted - my apologies. I'll get this reported to our fleet team. ^CW

@SW_Help It’s the 16.42 to Shepperton. The guard has helpfully told the entire train that the air con in the front two carriages is working…it isn’t….so now it’s even more packed. The fact the windows do not open is unacceptable!
