@SimplySarc They are not mutually exclusive. I admire your work, but I'll absolutely critique things I think could be done differently or better. Whatever you do, it's your channel, your content. So keep it fun for yourself most importantly.

Also, for the record I do listen to the overall feedback of content; it's data to improve for the future!  That said, I don't read too much into the individual comments who in one breath act like your biggest fan, but are ready to insult you for the smallest of acts in the next

So, the scariest part about uploading content to the internet is how people judge that little piece of you you've put out there. Sometimes, it works out great, othertimes it's like you threw their puppy out a window.

@Simon_Hypixel @rockpapershot Man people love to complain about literally every small thing. That's just the reality with such a huge diverse player base. Just do what your gut says, what feels right, let Hytale develop through all those organic and quirky natural ways, just like Minecraft I love the signs

I'm not sure how to feel about it; some people enjoy it, some don't. My personal opinion is that we should probably keep it only for funny moments and avoid letdowns as much as possible. However, we just ran out of time to think this through, in all honesty. I think it's important for us to clearly show that the game is in true early access, but I understand that constant reminders in the form of signs break immersion, and I agree, sometimes it leads to some disappointments, but to be fair, there are not that many in the world, only a few entrances and the Forgotten Temple. In total, I would say it's less than 1% of the prefabs that have this sign. One thing I noticed while watching people play is that the Klop Merchant in the Forgotten Temple should probably not sell signs and confuse players in their first-ever NPC interaction!

Crisis averted? If you did the "Spear 5 mobs" cape event, click the bell on the main menu of Bedrock Edition, and check for a message that you've earned your cape! A notification as you completed the task woulda been better, but I'm legit happy to see this at least.

@CraftyMasterman @ZunkzFur To play the latest bedrock edition. You MUST use the new green launcher The old app (Uwp) is no longer supported. It is super shit. I use the gray one too for java, but had to install the green bloat one for bedrock.. It sucks but there's no other easy way.

event started 1.5 days ago cape event ends in 1.5 days nobody has the cape yet i swear to god if there's some brainrot vibecoded M$ server problem that causes a ton of people to not get the cape who did the thing, and they just go all 🤷‍♂️ I'm gonna f'in lose it bro.

@AntVenom @truehytaleleaks Especially for a cape collector like you, this must be frustrating. You'll surely get it. But what about casual players who did the bare minimum. I hope this works out.

PSA: if you hate birthday parties, you can return the HUB back to default by going to Options > Gameplay > Disable Seasonal Events
